Gracie's love for fine art photography began during her studies at the Savannah College of Art and Design over a decade ago. After graduating and living overseas doing documentary photography, she returned home with the intention of approaching weddings with that same natural eye, paying attention moment by moment to the story that is always unfolding. Blending both film and digital mediums, Gracie creates journalistic yet refined images that feel poetic and timeless. The best photos happen when you are not thinking about being photographed, Gracie works fast, with grace and ease, always reading the room and staying sensitive to her couples needs. 

Her team finds a way to catch all of the essential shots, from design, atmosphere, that essential family photo, to stolen moments of grandmas laughing hysterically. Her brides love the nostalgia of their parents old wedding photos and want similar pictures that embody the feeling of the day over a shot list approach.
